When researching online for a professional to look after / work with a loved one you want the best person possible and with Hannah we certainly found that. A true professional with a caring, gentle, patient and friendly approach to her client and their family.
Hannah was constantly in touch with us, asking questions about Caroline, getting to know her which then created a wonderful rapport, and by simply taking the time to get to know her and her disability, Hannah gained Caroline’s trust. Hannah is flexible and accommodating with her working schedule and fed back after all sessions, keeping us updated with Caroline’s progress.
Hannah personally took an interest in Caroline’s care at the care home (unfortunately at the time, lack of care) and was a true advocate for Caroline, for which, as a family, we are forever grateful.
Hannah is truly worthy of the 5 star recommendation.

I would just like to say how much Hannah Bowden has helped me recover from a fairly traumatic accident. She was able to advise on fall prevention and suggest ways of making every day tasks easier. If you need an Occupational Therapist, I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Hannah.
